1. We only accept payments via PayPal.
2. eChecks will be held until cleared, so delivery time should be counted from that.

1. The address confirmed by the customer in eBay account is used as default shipping address. Please check it carefully before making an order.
2. The order will be sent within 12-36 hours after receiving the payment. Sundays and public holidays are NOT included.
3. The order will be posted from Belgium by prior post, there is no online tracking but it is a really reliable shipping method. If you wish to upgrade to registered mail, please contact us to ask for the extra cost (between 5 to 8 USD). Buyers located in Italy, Russia and South America will have their order automatically shipped from Vietnam by registered airmail.
4. Delivery time is generally 3 to 8 business days to Europe, 8 to 15 business days to the US and Australia mostly depending on your customs (in some periods there can be some delay). For Central & South America, please contact us.

2. If an item does not work properly, has any other defect or was damaged during transportation, please contact us WITHIN 7 DAYS after receiving your order .
3. If you changed your mind and don’t want to keep an item received in perfect condition then you are responsible for the return shipping fees.
